Our Pork: We start by hand marinating Fresh Pork Legs using our signature recipe. They marinate for 24hrs then slow roast for 4-5 hrs the next day. The final product is pork that falls off the bone while remaining moist and delicious. Perfect for our sandwiches as well as lunches and catering orders.< Here's video Proof >
Our Delivery: We are Orlando's first and only cuban cafe with a full menu in-house delivery service. No third party delivery service and no more settling for plain old pizza or Chinese.
